This is a first of a kind offering from IISc where 12 faculty members from CSA, ECE, EE, ESE and CDS have come together and designed a comprehensive program on AI for upskilling Industry professionals.
The program is structured into several modules which cover both foundations and applications of Deep Learning. An important feature of the program is carefully designed modules which lay equal emphasis on Mathematical Foundations, Programming and Applications so that the participants have a holistic introduction to Deep Learning.
To provide comprehensive exposure, the program will focus on diverse applications such as Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Audio Processing, and IoT. The program will also lay emphasis on developing AI models in the cloud and Security.
To help calibrate the learning outcomes, the program will stress on continuous evaluation with periodic tests, quizzes and assignments. In order to enthuse the participants to get into high quality research for absorbing the state of the art the participants will have the opportunity of doing a Capstone project. The course will be offered online on the weekends and will run for 9 months.
The program is offered in partnership with TalentSprint through CCE (Centre for Continuing Education), IISc.
